Welcome to Ritten Write. By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. 

1.1. Services:

Ritten Write offers professional writing and career branding services including CV writing, LinkedIn profile optimisations, copywriting and related digital products or consultations.

1.2. User Responsibilities: 

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

1.3. Intellectual Property: 

All content provided on this site, including templates, designs, and written material, is the intellectual property of Ritten Write and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

1.4. Payment Terms: 

Payments are split into two parts: a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining 50% due upon final delivery of your documents.

For digital products and vouchers, full upfront payment is required prior to delivery. All payments are processed securely via Paystack and other approved methods.

1.5. Revisions:

Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Any additional edits may incur an extra charge.

1.6. Termination: 

We reserve the right to terminate services or restrict access to our website if these terms are violated.

Ritten Write respects your privacy. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 

2.1. What We Collect: 

We collect your full name, email address, contact details, career history, and any other information required to deliver the requested service. Payment details are collected and processed securely via Paystack.

2.2. How We Use It: 

To provide services, process payments, communicate with you, and improve user experience.

2.3. Sharing of Information: 

We do not share your data with third parties except service providers (e.g., Paystack) or where required by law.

2.4. Data Security: 

We use encrypted channels and reputable platforms to protect your data.

2.5. Your Rights: 

You may request access to or deletion of your data by emailing us at contact@rittenwrite.co.za.

All Ritten Write services and digital products are tailored and delivered with a high degree of personalisation. As such, we do not offer refunds once work has commenced or digital content has been delivered. Limited exceptions apply only to cancellations made within 24 hours of booking and before any work has begun (see 3.2). 

3.1. No Refunds:

Due to the custom nature of our services (including CVs, LinkedIn profile optimisation, and branded documents), and the instant delivery of digital products (such as vouchers), all sales are considered final and non-refundable once delivery has commenced or digital access has been provided.

3.2. Cancellations:

You may cancel your booking within 24 hours of paying your deposit, provided that no work has commenced. In such cases, a 50% cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit paid, and the balance will be refunded.

Digital products and vouchers are not eligible for cancellation once payment has been made, as they are delivered electronically and considered used upon issuance.

No cancellations or refunds will be permitted once work has started, or after the 24-hour period has passed. 

3.3. Revisions:

Each package includes a set number of revisions, which must be used within 10 working days of final delivery. Additional changes may incur a fee.

We offer both personalised digital services and standalone downloadable products. 

4.1. Service Turnaround:

The estimated turnaround time for personalised services is 5–7 business days, unless otherwise agreed upon during consultation.

4.2. Method of Delivery:

• For full-service clients, deliverables (e.g. CVs, LinkedIn content) are shared via WhatsApp and email using Google Docs or attachments.
• For digital-only purchases (e.g. vouchers), delivery is made via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

4.3. Failed Delivery:

If you have not received your content within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or promotions folder. If still unresolved, contact us via WhatsApp or email at contact@rittenwrite.co.za.
